Positive: Very good localisation, just about 15min from the airport, 30min to the city centre by car. Comfortable flat on the 4th floor with lift access, all most needed shops and cafés in near proximity. Rullo, the owner is very helpful - you can get all so much needed information, advice and 'secret' Bologna restaurants, cafés, parking etc. from him! :P
Negative: Some wine glasses missing, not a huge problem, but would be nice to have it being in Italy. If you travel by car, you may have trouble finding a parking space near the flat. Try a small inside road (behind the main entrance), that's the best chance - parking is paid, download the app - none of the meters are working there.

Positive: Really friendly, nice and helpful host and lady helping him. They took care about us in really late night and supported in the best possible way :) We spent perfect night in high equipped and clean apartment and we will be back for sure!

Positive: Giorgio was helpful at all the time. As I hired a car to visit other cities too, localization was perfect (easy to reach highway, 5-10 mins to bus stop to reach Bologna and not warry about parking in city center). The apartment is spacious and warm (I was there in Feb). There are shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity so you can easily reach them by foot. To summarize, very good location to visit/stay in Bologna.
